lablgtk compile

ocamlc -I +lablgtk2 -o base lablgtk.cma gtkInit.cmo base.ml

windows installation:

cygwin standard installation (select also binutils)

ocaml-mingw

gtk+-win32-devel : 2.10 :

lablgtk2, read the install file
